We are offering a series of French courses through which you can attain the level of A1 defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). While conventional courses allow you to reach this level in around 100 teaching hours, our targeted learning approach brings you to the same level in 37.5 contact hours (45 teaching sessions; 50 minutes each). These courses are aimed at developing your all-rounded skills in the French language – speaking, listening, reading and writing – through a wide range of activities such as sentence analysis, listening practices and oral presentation.

Aims:

According to the CEFR, learners

• can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type.
• can introduce him-/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has.
• can interact in a simple way, provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
• know main features of French habits and traditions.
